How quickly can you start a search?
Usually within 48 hours of our initial briefing call. We move at start-up speed because we know how critical every hire is when you're building fast.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. While we are headquartered in Cambridge, MA, we work with Life Sciences start-ups globally and have placed candidates across North America, Europe, and beyond.
What types of roles do you specialise in?
From R&D Scientists and Bioinformaticians to C-Suite executives — if it is Life Sciences, we can find the right person. We particularly excel at difficult-to-fill, niche roles that other agencies struggle with.
How is your pricing structured?
It depends on the service. Search & Selection operates on a no hire, no fee basis. Retained Search and Executive Search have different structures — get in touch and we will walk you through what makes sense for your situation.
Can you help with just one hire or do you need a contract?
Absolutely — we work with start-ups from their very first hire right through to building full teams. There is no minimum commitment required to work with us.
I am a candidate — how does working with you differ from other agencies?
We do not post your CV anywhere without your permission. We have real conversations with you about what you actually want, and we match you to roles in our exclusive network that are never advertised publicly. We champion you to the hiring manager personally.
